Relationship Management

iMIS Relationships offers you a way to manage relationships that exist between your contact records. It enables you to connect your contact records by connecting individuals to individuals, individuals to companies, companies to individuals, and companies to companies. It works as an extension of iMIS Customer Management, and its thorough integration with Customer Management makes maneuvering through related records clear and efficient.

Note: The Relationships tab displays on the Manage customers window when iMIS is licensed for Relationships.

Relationships features

Relationships enables you to accomplish the following tasks:

■    Easily manage and view multiple relationships for individual contacts or company contacts

■    Place time limits on relationships

■    Use relationship codes to specify roles within an organization (for example, President)

■    Use relationship codes in contact notifications (for example, one code would specific family members, another code would identify co-workers, etc.)

■    Record specific details about related contacts
